A little bit about us
We are a small family run professional landlord that specialises in renting to families that want longer term tenancies. We allow our tenants to have pets, decorate and put down roots helping to make the place their home.
We don't offer multiple occupancy, HMO's, room lets or student lets, our focus is solely on longer term families wanting secure tenure.
What does it means to be a professional landlord? In a nutshell, generally we won't ask you to leave the property (with a months notice) unless there is a breach of the tenancy. At times smaller landlords may want to sell a property and give you notice to quit. Basically, we only ask you to leave if there are rent arrears, evidence of anti social behaviour or significant damage to the property caused. This means you are safe in the property for the longer term and you know you wont be asked to leave and a home put up for sale with a months notice.
- Even though we are committed to long term tenancies you are not tied in and can give just one months notice.
- All tenant deposits are held fully with DPS.
- We are based in Leicestershire but have properties UK wide.
- We are members of the Residential Landlords Association and go over and above to ensure our tenants have the best rental experience possible.
- We do not charge any fees for admin costs and look to drive down the costs for tenants as best we can.
- As part of longer term tenancies we do expect our tenants to take care of smaller maintenance issues with anything larger or needing more attention we take care of using local contractors.
