Maintenance issues

As a long term tenant small day to day maintenance issues need to be resolved by you.


If a larger job is needed, or a professional is required we will look to get a quote and use local contractors.

Even small maintenance issues can be a pain, a simple dripping tap for example so we appreciate your patience, assistance and flexibility in dealing with any issue as it can take time.

Are you aware of anyone that can give us a free quote, maybe a friend neighbour or family member is a local contractor? Sometimes, this can speed things us.

If you do need to register a maintenance issue with us please can you email us the following.

  1. In the subject put "Maintenance" and your full address and postcode
  2. A photo or small video of the issue
  3. A description of whats happening plus / boiler make / brand of appliance etc.
  4. Your best contact number
  5. Your availability over the next week

Please email all this to our maintenance email address, which will be on your paperwork. 

 

  • Emergency repairs we aim to do within 48 hours
  • Urgent repairs we aim to do within 7 working days
  • Routine repairs we aim to do within 28 days

We appreciate you registering this way, as being on line as much as possible helps us keep costs low and we aim to pass these savings onto you and all our tenants in terms of zero fees.
